Good afternoon y’all,/ morning for some… Is there anyone on here that wants to commit to a twice a day workout Mon-Fri & one a days on Sat/Sun… I’m trying to get at least 10 pounds off a week… Of course I drink lots of water & don’t skip any meals, & my doctor has said I’m doing it in a healthy manner. When I stick to this regime, I actually tend to lose 1-2 pounds a day… At my highest, I was over 360 pounds… I’m now down to a solid 245, & I’m only 5’3, but working towards being 200 or below by April. Strong & dedicated persons preferred so that we can keep each other going & held accountable.
Took this at the gym this morning so excuse the dirty mirror because that’s not my job, but as y’all can see, I have a gut, and back fat I’m trying to shrink… I also have thunder thighs & big calf muscles that I’m trying to slim down… Any suggestions?

Cardio like insanity or push up lunges Burpees running in place
That will burn fat and i have a detox every here and its liquid creatin warm water and limon juice hope this help

10 pounds a week will not be an healthy route try 3 to 5 pounds at the most
