|Good afternoon y’all,/ morning for some… Is there anyone on here that wants to commit to a twice a day workout Mon-Fri & one a days on Sat/Sun… I’m trying to get at least 10 pounds off a week… Of course I drink lots of water & don’t skip any meals, & my doctor has said I’m doing it in a healthy manner. When I stick to this regime, I actually tend to lose 1-2 pounds a day… At my highest, I was over 360 pounds… I’m now down to a solid 245, & I’m only 5’3, but working towards being 200 or below by April. Strong & dedicated persons preferred so that we can keep each other going & held accountable.|
Took this at the gym this morning so excuse the dirty mirror because that’s not my job, but as y’all can see, I have a gut, and back fat I’m trying to shrink… I also have thunder thighs & big calf muscles that I’m trying to slim down… Any suggestions?
|Thanks, but I eat every 3 hours & even snack when I feel the need, I drink well over a gallon of water a day am an active mother & work out daily… I can’t stop the pounds nor do I want to. No offense, but as long as my doctor says that I’m healthy, and gives me the ok, then I’d prefer to get that much closer to being more healthy & reaching my goal.|
