That is a good question…
Well, in my case is
1* I know makes me feel good, physically and psychologically…
2* to get my goals, i know I have to focus so i have to make myself motivated…
All of us, have some moments we are not motivated or so motivated as we was before,but thats ok,is normal…
Take a time for yourself,make new goals, think about what was wrong before and start a new Journey
