Good morning gym rats i have a question my job that i work is 15 hour shift i wanna go to the gym is it healthy to just sleep 5 hours???

Not the worst. Sleep as much as you can, catch any extra sleep you can on the weekend (don’t sleep 16 hours straight) and see how your body feels. Is it 15 hours every single day?

I rarely get enough sleep and I deliver copy paper by the case (50lbs) . I lift heavy four to five times a week. Just listen to your body and once a week take time to catch up on your sleep
