Got nauseous while exercising. What could be the cause?
Low blood sugar, dehydration.
Don’t eat too much at least 2 hours before. I struggle with this too as I get lightheaded and drained if I don’t eat before a hard workout.
Low blood sugar. I always eat something 45 mins to an hour before I work out.
Not enough water.
Drink room temp water. Ice water will make your stomach cramp up.
