|Guess it’s time to break the shameful news… I go to Planet Fitness. I know, I know but 3 years ago I didn’t start out with a mind set of having muscle I started out by just wanting to lose weight (I was 193 and I’m only 5’5”) so I started walking, running, and plenty of cardio.
Now I’m down to 160lbs and my lower body is on point, after my first marathon in April I’m going finally start working on my upper body.
I’m don’t really want a 6 pack. But some arms would be nice.
Those that do go to PF let me read your routine.

|I started of at PF and the circuit room was my favorite…… I worked that twice every other day. On the other days I would do weights or cardio lol. I didn’t know any better and I did the best I knew how at the time lol. I got results lol…. I later joined LA Fitness|
