The truth is you can’t spot reduce fat. Like trying to only lose belly fat without losing fat around your body like you said. People may suggest that do only stomach exercises but the truth is they will only tighten your abdominal area, not burning fat to lose. Some may say drink some tea or eat some berries because it will only target your belly fat, well my friends that’s pure marketing technique because marketing people know that you watch TV so therefore know that the world praises women with huge body figures with a flat tummy. That’s how marketing takes an advantage over you. So you have a goal right?, that’s good. You want to lose belly fat without losing fat around your body right? Okay. Do this. Do cardio and weight exercises, combine them in anyway you can. This will prevent you from losing lean mass which means you will lose more fat mass. That way your body will use fat for energy hence reducing fat mass. Second one it’s important, this should have been the 1st one actually due to the fact that you can’t out exercise a bad diet. Cut out all processed foods cause they mostly consist of processed sugar which will spike up your insulin therefore causing you to eat more. Eat more protein and healthy fats. The main goal is to eat less burn more so you will have to check your calories intake, so eat in small portions. Drink lots of water, avoid fizzy drinks. And last but not least, have patience.
