Eat less food avoid fats an oils too much. Do morning jog my b trice a week .and home work out .

Hey, I’m 17 old and I’m 75kg from 81kg. I feel like all we can do is be determined to lose weight. I’m going to start by eating less and being active. Weight Loss is 80% based on how healthy you eat and 20% based on exercise. So in the beginning of the year i started eating less junk, limiting drinking acidic drinks like Coke and Fanta, and I don’t eat as much starch. I usually eat meat with veggies. I feel like losing weight loss is a slow process and need discipline

Eat raw garlic in the empty stomach but preferably in the morning, Eat raw garlic with food, drink pure water regularly & you can sometimes drink lemon juice.
