Which is best gym before breakfast or gym after breakfast?
Depends on what works best for you and your schedule.
Have a protein shake before. Your body needs protein to build. About a half hour before you work out. After have some fruit. Then about 2 hours some breakfast. You should be eating 5 small meals a day.
U need to fuel ure body before the workout to get most of it. Even if it’s half a yogurt or banana.
I prefer to gym on an empty stomach. Its all about finding your own balance. Do what works for you.
