Any advise for starting workout at gym?
start with low weights and cardio, then move ahead once you built your stamina.
Less intensity first time …work your way up to more after muscles are warm
No pain no gain..it’s the nature of the game before you can look glam in front of mirror or camera that just the work you put in behind the scenes results will speak for you.
ext time start with cardio just to warm them up once you are warm you will b able to do other things
Its temporary after doing it 6 times u wont feel it anymore. U wil have to do it regulary
