Keep on doing stomach exercises azoziphelela ama pain mina i started exercising last week Sunday bcs I’m trying to get rid of belly it pained at first but now I’m OK it doesn’t pain anymore

When doing push ups and sit-ups ull stomach will pain but after a few days it get used to them and it will be easier for u to exercise without any pains just like any exercise

Reduce the hot water intake. Take maybe half a cup at a time with small sips. You can put ginger or green tea in the water to reduce the nausea. See a doctor to rule out any problems.
