Use a food app and tdee calculator , if you are looking to gain then add 500 calories , I personally have macros of 40% carbs,35 protein and 25 fats , the type of food is unimportant, add in things you like as you will be able to stick to it much easier, do not subscribe to the broscience of eat big to get big as you only end up fatter, the key is consistency mate, after training seriously for 7 years now I have learned that hitting your required calories/macros is way more important than ‘clean eating’ |

Absolutely as long as calories are kept in check , from a long term health point of view obviously clean eating is better but wether your calories are from kfc chicken or pure chicken and rice if your macros are the same the outcome will be identical that’s a scientific fact .The problem with dirty bulking is people struggle to keep it in check .If you have discipline flexible dieting is much easier to sustain , hope this helps |
