Has anyone had good results just replacing one meal a day with the shakes and then clean eating the other two meals and a couple of the teas each day?
I’ve had good results even before starting the tea. I work out 6 days a week and 1 shake a day. I just started the teas, 1-2 a day. Either option I was having good results, I just feel even better with the teas.
I only do one shake and tea when i have it once a day. Down almost 12lbs in 2 weeks!
I due tea once a day lemonade 1-2 a day 2 metaboost a day and one shake. Down 6 pounds and 2 pants sizes in 3 weeks.
