I found that my body was desperately needing nutrients, vitamins and minerals. I found an all natural shake, easy, affordable and nutrient dense. I’ve been doing it 3 years and have lost weight and inches. Eat 2 shakes per day, a fork and knife meal and then snacks. And a ton of water. I have more energy and mental focus as well.

You shouldnt drink all your carbs. I do drink a shake but i eat 5 meals a day as well. Your body is made to eat just gotta do it right!
