Has anyone noticed an insane fatigue when starting on the diet?
No. Nothing noticed.
Not me. You have to eat enough calories.
You should eat around 2000 calories a day to make sure your body get all the nutrients it needs.
Nope! Huge improvement! I was very fatigue almost drowsy before. You might not eating enough.
I am a morning person now since my diet change. Not tired in the middle of the day. Can’t wait to fully convert to a complete alkaline diet. Feels great not eating dead animals anymore.
