Has anyone ran calorie count on what just the daily dozen comes out to? I’m new and it’s all I eat in a day and I’m fuuullll.

1200 Calories and it is used as a minimum guideline.

I like Cronometer, (the free version), I used it also out of curiosity. I then saved a few days to show what I was getting without meat and dairy to my skeptical friends that were concerned about my wellbeing. I don’t use it anymore, but it was fun to play with.

I’ve calculated anywhere between 1100 and 1600 depending on which foods I chose that day.
Some days really fill me up and other days I can eat almost double. It took a while to be able to eat that much fiber comfortably lol.
