I do intermittent fasting! I fast for 16 hours (I stop around 6pm and do not eat again until lunch the next day). I feel it is working for me. I was never a huge breakfast eater so this change was not very hard. It is totally healthy (some people say you can’t skip breakfast). If you’re unsure check out some resources online. I have done it and lost 16 pounds in a little over a month, it works, its hard at first my window would be from 12-6pm the hard part is being hungry from 8am to noon but then you get used to it.You can drink coffee without anything (black) water or tea all you want. And I was able to eat healthy but still ate junk food/bad food every now and then and still lost weight.
I do it almost every day. At least 6 days a week. I eat between 6:30 am and 12:30 pm. I LOVE it. It takes eating out of most of the day, giving me more time to do other things. I completely solved my life-long digestive problems. I love going to bed with empty stomach because I sleep much better. Honestly, I have no cons.
