I add cinnamon, flax seeds, blueberries and raspberries to mine!

I add Chia seeds, Tumeric, dried goji berries (very little of it), cocoa nibs (little bit of this) and coconut flakes (also a little bit). It breaks up-or add to- the texture. I add the tumeric because it’s suppose to help with inflammation.

Oh, and frozen berries in plain Greek yogurt. Mix it well and it becomes ice cream!

I also tried the plain Greek yogurt last month, tried it cinnamon, didn’t like the taste. Decided in real life I would NEVER eat this, bought the vanilla flavored yogurt instead. I can eat that all the time. Lost 13 pounds in January.

I thought no fruit allowed . I have bought the vanilla bean Greek yoghurt and add the cottage cheese ( I know the vanilla is naughty too) but lost weight and like the taste
