I add Chia seeds, Tumeric, dried goji berries (very little of it), cocoa nibs (little bit of this) and coconut flakes (also a little bit). It breaks up-or add to- the texture. I add the tumeric because it’s suppose to help with inflammation.
I also tried the plain Greek yogurt last month, tried it cinnamon, didn’t like the taste. Decided in real life I would NEVER eat this, bought the vanilla flavored yogurt instead. I can eat that all the time. Lost 13 pounds in January.
