What would you do if you were me. I follow this WOE strictly …but I drink green tea daily. My lowest cholesterol numbers have been TC 187, HDL 58, LDL 103.

When you say strictly are you eliminating sugar, other sweeteners , dried fruit? Is your fat from calories under 10%? Just because foods and recipes are compliant not all foods and recipes are for all people.i found I had to tweak potions of grains and cut back on flour products in order to get my numbers at optimal levels
