Water, not soda! Concentrate on healthier swaps for your usual snacks–pretzels or air-popped corn instead of chips. Fruit instead of candy. I think there may be some kinds of jerky that are lower in sodium and preservatives that’ll give you a good protein fix. Stock up when you can so you’re not caught hungry without healthier options. I know that’s my downfall when we travel!
