We do alot of chicken and broccoli, zoodles, bbq chicken (bbq sauce homemade only 7 calories per tbsp),turkey burgers, turkey chops, chicken stir fry. Our latest was seared chicken seasoned with homemade taco seasoning topped with fresh salsa served with zucchini rice that we seasoned with the taco spice. My son has become quite a chef.
