hello everyone i stared with doing exercises since on Monday and today i feeling pains around my stomach is that a good thing
When time goes on those pains will eventually stop is because your body is still adjusting to the exercises
It’s just muscle stretches it means you were working on stomach muscles. That’s normal
Perfect no pain no gain enjoy the pain
ur body s strengthening its core so drink more water nd train its a sign of d responce
Pain is good..jst make sure that whatever u did…at first. .is wat ur going to do ..repeatedly
