Hello everyone. I’m trying to figure out any kind of low impact cardio exercises I can do without killing myself. I can barely breathe doing most activities but I need to burn this fat off. I was told to start walking. Any suggestions?
stair walks can be a challenging/low impact form of cardio to do! Also a spin bike can be a great form of cardio to do as that is low impact aswell!, I would recommend giving a strength training routine a go because most strength training exercises are full body, so thats a great way in which you can burn a lot of calories, with minimum impact again!
