Hello everyone thanks for letting me join! One of my goals with my weight loss is to become more flexible. I cannot even touch my toes in any position sitting or standing. Has anybody else been through this? It would be amazing for me to do something so simple! Any exercises or advise is much appreciated!
Add in some dynamic stretches and warmups before your workout, and deeper static stretches with foam rolling afterwards. Yoga would be a great addition to your weekly schedule! And don’t worry if you can’t reach your toes (yet) or hold every pose. You’ll get there!
PS everyone should be warming up and cooling down even if greater flexibility isn’t a primary goal. It prevents injuries
