there is absolutely nothing wrong with carbohydrates like pap. It’s the quantity that is the problem. Your body needs carbs. Just make sure that you don’t consume more than 100g of carbs in one seating. The same goes for proteins, we all know they are excellent but consuming more than the body needs in a day defeats the purpose
f you really want to lose weight by avoiding traditional carbohydrates like pap, bread, pasta etc substitute with COMPLEX Carbohydrates like sweetpotato, quonia etc. Remember generally vegetables are complex carbohydrates and keep you full and not hungry for longer because they are Low GI.
