Hello group I am new. I have started my journey to be more healthy on Jan 20th. My starting weight was 239. I walk 4 to 13 miles a day at a cardio pace and I swim. I can’t afford a gym membership but that’s ok. I have only lost 4 pounds. I see my clothes fitting looser. My stomach is large. Does anyone have any other suggestions for me. Thank you in advance.
Well so far I have quit smoking, I eat mostly veggies and meats. I don’t eat red meat. No sugar. Low cal low carbs. And for exercise I am walking and swimming. I am not really losing any weight yet. I have gained a little actually. Was told I am gaining muscle. I do have some limitations such as I have small fiber neuropathy I also have a bum shoulder that needs surgery to repair. I do sweat a lot when I’m walking and swimming and my heart rate is increased. I could use some great cheap recipes that are low carb low cal.
