Hello guys I have started skipping rope challenge and I have managed to do 200 already do I have to do the whole 1000 at the same time?

Again am on fasting what is it that is soft and dietic that I can break with

I just did it 1000 skips and its hard very hard but I enjoyed it….but be easy on yourself please
