You’re still young. Eat clean in a calorie surplus. Lift heavy, and give it time.

A caloric surplus is eating above your maintenance calories. There’s loads of calculators online to give you an idea but the only real way to find your maintenance is by trial and error based on your scale weight. You’ll be eating at maintenance when you neither gain nor lose weight.
