Where to start, start right now! Decide today is the day! I recommend downloading the my fitness pal app, and tracking your calories, and exercise. It can help you set your goals for them both. And just do it! Start buying healthier foods, cut out sweets and soft drinks, start walking! Put them babies in the stroller and do a mile or two a day. If you like you could get a Fitbit to track that. All it takes is you deciding today is Day 1! I’m on day 21, down some pounds and some inches and feeling better already!
