Hello. I’ve been quiet. I have had horrible headaches last week. I had a hard time working out. I know it’s job stress. I also think I’ve narrowed it down to my workspace. I moved desks and haven’t found the best way to not have the florescent lights glare on my screen. So no movement in any direction for weight loss or inches. I skipped meals too.
So sorry you are having such a rough time, maybe try some stress B vitamins to help, and if you can try to press play, and just dance a little, or tell yourself you will just watch the video, and I bet you will be grooving in no time at all, and feeling better too
