You likely need more calories, it’s your body’s natural way of getting you to eat what you need. Make sure when you do eat that it’s nutrient dense food, whole food like vegetables, fruit, whole grains, lean protein, beans, nuts, healthy fats like olive oil and avocado. Make these your main foods but allow yourself some other things you like as well. As soon as you label a food “forbidden” you WILL crave it.
