Hello! Recently altering my diet from keto! I just wasn’t having the results I wanted and figured no need to eat that fat if not! That being said I was hoping for some help! I have been doing some weight training lifting for a few weeks now…
Would someone be able to help me with a diet plan? Or idea or macros to follow?

The eating style I use is If It Fits Your Macros (IIFYM). Basically you set your calories to your goal e.g. surplus/deficit then you adjust your macronutrients to a ratio which is best for you. The thing which is constant in everyone`s plan would be having a protein intake of between 0.8 – 1.45g depending on your goal. Carbs and fats can be in any ratio which makes the diet as pleasurable for you as possible. You could just see this as an opportunity to eat junk food so long as it satisfies your diet but your going to feel and perform a whole lot better if you keep it somewhat clean. I personally use a 80/20 rule, 80% clean foods and 20% not so clean foods. The fact that nothing is off the table makes this feel less like a diet.
