Help! About a week and a half in and cannot get enough fat! I eat a lot of meat so end up with too much protein and way low on fat. Any suggestions for meals and not just fat bombs?? I’m ready to drink straight heavy whipping cream!!!
Eat less protein with a higher fat content. For example, if you eat ground beef, purchase the 80/20, get chicken thighs with skin on instead of breast meat, get well marbled steaks in either beef or pork. I also use a nice Keto mayo and some spices to make a ‘dip’ for my meat on occasion.
You don’t have to over comsume fat. It’s helps with satiety. Just remember not to go too high on the protein. If you aren’t hungry don’t worry about “getting in the right amount of fat” no matter what…those extra calories from the fat have to be burned by your body otherwise they will be stored as excess weight.
