First thing first water therapy in da mrng ,take walks u will eventually jog , make ur meals portions this is a start lala.
U know u cannot choose where u will lose weight, right. Just eat clean, exercise, drink water and get enough sleep. Will help u to read abt nutrition as well.
Start strength training that focuses on your core. Don’t overeat. Drink lots of water.
