Hey guys, andy suggestions on how to make THAT MUCH spinach palatable?!?!
Best thing I found after day 1!!! Roast it!!! It takes it from that mound down to about 1/4 cup, season it up, I love cumin, turmeric, etc mix it in with the protein
yes I agree with Stace, just cook it, you can put it in a wok/large frying pan with a bit of garlic and salt, or your favourite seasoning, it will reduce it to a very small amount that will feel like nothing
I’m not a fan of spinach, but I usually eat the kale raw or steamed
