I asked the same question when i first started and got the answers to be patient, and trust the plan. I’m glad i did because after about 60 days i started noticing a big shift.

That can be good lose some bodyfat gain some muscle, mirror can sometimes be more accurate, difficult to judge as I do not no your history.

It’s better to take measurements than watch the scale. Muscle weighs more than fat, so it’s very possible to tone up, lose fat, gain muscle & not see the scale move much.
