|x5 is a full body workout 5 sets 5 reps 3x a week. It’s the way a lot of people start.
You’ll build muscle and strength faster than ever in the beginning so lifting heavy (5 to 8 reps) will be the most beneficial. Make sure you constantly try new exercises. What are you currently doing exercise wise? Feel free to pm me
