Best way to start is a 5×5 program, build muscle and strength quickly. And don’t give up. Make sure you pay attention to proper form to avoid injuries. Eat a lot

Thanks for the reply I am currently doing 4 sets of either 10,8,6,4 reps would you suggest changing this to the 5×5 program?

x5 is a full body workout 5 sets 5 reps 3x a week. It’s the way a lot of people start.
You’ll build muscle and strength faster than ever in the beginning so lifting heavy (5 to 8 reps) will be the most beneficial. Make sure you constantly try new exercises. What are you currently doing exercise wise? Feel free to pm me

No decline bench press?
I work
Legs
Chest
Back and shoulders
Arms.
They each get their own day.
That being said, I think a 5×5 for 6 months to a year would do wonders for ya.

You have to make sure you eat a lot of good clean food in the process. What are you doing for supplements?
