Hey guys I exercise everyday and eat right but my only concern is that I sleep a lot can oversleeping have a bad effect on losing weight or gaining muscles?
I guess its possible. I am not an athlete and i never partcipated in any marathon before but last October i ran 21km in 2hrs 30min during the cancer awareness campaign. I am physically active though.

thats good.. just workout harder when you do it. because u have a lot of energy, cuz u sleep a lot
No sleeping a lot is notgood for weight loss. 8 hrs sleep is fine No immediately after supper
