Hey guys, I have one question and it’s important for me to know this.. I watch my calories intake and it’s mostly under 1000 calories a day and i should eat 1200 a day in order to lose weight, my question is, if i eat small portion a day plus loads of water, exercise and all, will my dinner which is bigger, ruin my weight loss efforts, this evening for example i had waffles but the number of calories a day is still below 1200.. Is there some rule that we should be half starving whole day within the 1200 calories or is it ok with one bigger meal as long as it doesn’t go over calorie limit a day???
Right, I started some two weeks ago, with almost everyday exercise, at first I was scared to eat because I was so determent to go all the way with this, I started counting calories and somehow wanted to be even lower than what the Lifesum recommends.BUT..I started to feel weak from day to the next, every new exercises harder with the pain in muscles like instantly, that’s why I need to know can I exercise, count calories and stay below 1200 but still eat different foods even sweet sometimes if it’s within the limit, I can’t starve I simply can’t, I get depressed and weak in body..btw, just 2,5 kg down, better line in shoulders and upper arms, less muffin top, but my breasts seem like the first to go, damn
Are you adding anything to your waffles? Butter, maple…whip? How many waffles are you eating, and what kind (I looked it up and one Eggo waffle is listed at 190 cals)?
Have you looked into keto or paleo? Low carb, high fat, medium protein diets like keto help you feel satiated for longer periods of time due to the fat. Carb rich foods create an insulin spike and cycle, meaning they fill for a short time, and then leave you hungrier a short while later. It’s very hard to do 1,200 a day if you’re hunger pangs are constantly going crazy.
You should also research OMAD (one meal a day), and IF (intermittent fasting).
Do your research, make sure you weigh and track everything and that you are being meticulous about how many calories etc you are consuming.
As an example, on keto, I did OMAD @ 1200, so one big meal in the evening, and it’s great. Never felt hungry.
However, keto and paleo make some people feel unwell, even after the typical adjustment window (at least a month), so you have to do your research and arm yourself with knowledge
