Go for non-refined carbs, nuts, seeds, avocados… spread your 3000 calories between 6 500 calories meals/snacks to make it easier to eat high volume.

Nut and seed butters, dried fruit and super smoothies made with soy or nut milk and butters too. Iā€™d add dates to everything too
