Hey GUYS is it okay to consume mayonaise on a regular basis when you on a diet
Mayonaise is damn high in fat… saturated fat.
So of you wanna gain body-fat, and raise your risk of diseases in longterm – go for it.
Otherwise, avoid it
Mayonnaise has a minimum of 52% fat so stay away

It depends on the type of diet you’re on. If you’re on a low fat diet, mayonnaise is not the best option. If you’re doing no/low carbs, have as much as you’d like.
No it has high cholesterol so is not good for your health
