On occasions this is fine but not all the time.
Don’t deprive urself of the foods u enjoy. It’s all about balance. Balances things out by also eating healthy.

What Im doing right now I preferred fresh green salad and steamed chiken and fish, I avoid red meat, in 6wks I dropped 11.5kg

always try to make sure you get adequate protein in during the day and bulk up every meal with some sort of vegetable, this will ensure you stay full at all times during the day and prevent cravings/binging!
