Hey ladies.

I thought really hard about making an intro to this group..
So hard i dont know if i already made one.

Anyways !

My name is Dako
Im a 24 year old mama of two.
3.5 & 10 months
I have awful habits and awful motivation skills..
But i really want to squeeze in a routine and eat better and tone up!

Any advice? Plates to show me?
Obviously i think about food first.
Good start up routines or home gear

I would write down some short term goals (week by week) Also if you can’t find time with the kids have them join you, it’s good exercise for them as well. Let the kids eat what you eat, if it’s healthy get them in the habit of eating good also. And last but not least go easy on your self not everyone gets the moves for awhile, and have fun!!!!!!

Oh my kids eat a lot better than i do.
Im just that mom who has a bagel and a million coffees or take out..or whatevers on hand.

I seem to make a million meals a day and eat non of them D:

I shall start eating what the kids eat more
