But is that going to compromise my weight los goals.. sorry that was long thank you for bearing with me

try to alternate with a good decaf so you have less and less withdrawal

To avoid caffeine headaches I have my morning coffee. But after that…nope. I have decaf herbal teas in the evening to help with cravings.

I allow myself the coffee with milk and honey. If I’m going to be successful, I need to keep things as real as I can. I’ve changed my diet completely otherwise.

If you are a coffee drinker it’s best to keep going but stick to one cup a day Jaana says! Withdrawal from caffeine is pretty hardcore! Black is best if possible but I use stevia to sweeten mine if I have one as its totally natural!

I love my coffee in the morning but I have it medium toast with a little bit of cream, no sugar, it helps me!!
