Hi All. Can anyone explain why weight loss slows and even stalls while exercising? But yet when I’m not going the gym etc it consistently comes off???
It might be because you are gaining muscle…
I feel the same way, that’s why I get discouraged to exercise.
I think it is because of your change in metabolism rate. Consult doctor.
muscle gains. Watch your inches. Usually when you stall, it’s your body’s way of catching up. The scale will stay the same but inches will drop.
I know!! I started working out after being cleared 3 weeks ago. Been hitting it
