Hi all, I have a question for those who follow the meal plan of Jordan; what is the breakfast? I have the pre-shake and the post shake on the day that I trained plus 3 meals and on the day that I don’t trained, do I consider my pre-shake as my breakfast? how does it’s works? I know that is is a weird question, but I wanted to be clear before I’m starting. Thanks for your help |
