Yes! Trust me. Keep moving. It’s takes time until you become coordinated. Trust me, I e been doing this since May and I still need a lot of work to get the moves done right.
Don’t give up. Work at your own pace and you’ll see noticeable differences as you progress
It works! You’ll get the movements down better as you go. Just go slow at first and make sure you’re form is proper so you aren’t stressing or injuring yourself and keep with it. I’ve been doing it for 6 months and I’m pretty uncoordinated. Some of it I still can’t do (I can’t window wash to save my life!), but other things have gotten easier.
