Keep working on healthy eating and exercise. Everybody stalls. That doesn’t mean things are ruined.

Your body is fighting the weight loss. I have been trying to lose the same 3-4 lbs all of January. December I only lost 5 lbs. I eat around 700-800 calories a day but focus on my macros. I walk and do yoga when my back allows me the ability to move from day to day. I’m sure you are doing it all just fine. We have stalls, it will all be ok. I am starting to add intermittent fasting 2 days a week to my weekly program. Monday and Thursday so today will be my 1st fasting day. Hang in there it will all come off in time. I’m only a week ahead of you. 9/18/17 RNY

sometimes that ideal weight is not ideal for your body and you may very well be losing inches don’t let that scale stress you out as long as your eating properly and working out as much as possible you will be just fine … that’s a pretty low weight so don’t stress my dear … you got this your gonna be fine …

Stalls happen! Just keep to your program and you’ll be fine, my biggest hurdle was water, and it would sometimes be my cause, but this is a pretty normal 3-4 months to have a big stall, it seems every 50lbs or so.
I would NOT recommend intermittent fasting at ALL this close into your surgery, you’ve already put a ton of stress on your body.

Please measure yourself. All over!
Chest, under breast, waist, hips, stomach (about 1 hand down from hips) thighs upper, mid, bove knee.
Calf, ankle and arm
1 x a month measure yourself, you will be amazed how many inches you are losing even if you don’t lose weight.
I believe your ideal weight is what makes you look good and comfortable with yourself.
I’m a size 8 and 155 pounds. I think that’s a lot of weight for me. But I’m a size 8! My doc said he wanted me at 120 lbs. I laughed. And said what size will I be then -4?
Nope I just would like to lose another 10 – 15 or tone.
So your weight is not all that’s important. Just keep moving.
