Oh sorry dear about the bullying
Start eating clean.. More vwgetables in your plate..High fibre foods and lots of water.. Dont go on hunger strike.. I know the feeling but be strong and love yourself more than anything else.. Drink a glass or 2 of water 30 minutes before a meal.. Make water your best friend.. Leave all junk foods

My advice is don’t go on diet Wil damage your body . All u have to do is just cut out your sweets ,chocolate n cooldrinks and eat fruits more if u feel for chocolate or such grab fruit n eat it’s way healthy then you start to run a lot of skip when u can but ran everyday take things as it comes don’t bother about rest kids. Focus on being thin n baby girl u Wil be . If u can eat veggies steamed n good amount of meat or chicken or eggs Wil be good as well . Don’t starve yourself n drink plenty water as well. You Wil see in few months u Wil drop don’t worry to much about your body continue exercising n you Wil see it Wil take time but in 3 months u Wil see difference depending on how much running your doing

Hi. Start eating the right foods. Eat more fruit. Stay away from chocolate and sweets. Avoid soda
Try to eat dried fruit .Be morre active. Drink water. Avoid cake . Do it for uourself. Let your aim be to be healthy. Keep us updated

Oh my sweets …drink plenty of water, get a skipping rope …take long walks or jog …also do yoga, it will help with tightening your muscles . .more stretches means you get to have control over your body …#much love and good luck
