Hi everyone, I’m new to this group and wanted to ask how you all cope with the food plan. I opted for the whole foods instead of meat substitue plan but quite honestly am finding it very bland and uninteresting. Does anyone have any advice on how to make it all a bit more palatable? I love spicy flavoursome food if that helps. Thanks in advance xx

 I’m having the same issue. Only so much mixing and matching I can do. I feel like I need a recipe book to go with it.

The plan says to use calorie friendly condiments and spices so I use chilli/curry powder, fresh herbs, vinegar etc to make the meals more flavoursome.

I’m on the meat substitutes plan so my meals will be different but my favourite thing is brown rice with seitan and broccoli, coconut oil and whatever spices I fancy. Moosh it all together and it’s super tasty, like spicy fried rice or something.

I would encourage you to search Pinterest and follow some vegan Instagram pages for inspiration.

If you have a vinegar store nearby go grab some trial sizes! Although some of the vinegars might have sugar most will not. My local store has about ten flavors that my family rotates through.
